We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flight Schedule Strategist to join our team at Qantas. As a key member of our planning department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing schedules that optimize our network performance, ensuring we meet customer needs and maximize returns.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement scheduling strategies that drive network efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with operational and commercial stakeholders to ensure schedules align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop process improvements and enhance schedule planning capabilities

  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to find creative solutions to complex scheduling challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
  • Well-developed analytical and numerical skills, with focus on delivering actionable insights
  • Experience working in a high-pressure environment with constantly changing priorities and stakeholders

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in business, finance, or commerce (desirable)
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
