Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead the transactional accounting functions of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable teams, ensuring seamless operations and high levels of productivity.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives, standardize procedures, and promote continuous learning and development within the team.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant financial practices within the team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in managing accounts payable and/or accounts receivable teams, with a strong track record of success.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and finance staff.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
