Key Role Summary
- A frontline role delivering compassionate care to patients and their families.
We are seeking a Nurse to join our team who will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in accordance with professional standards and guidelines. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will work collaboratively with doctors and other healthcare professionals to determine the best course of treatment for each patient.
You will develop and implement individualised nursing/midwifery care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. This will involve assessing patient needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance the quality of care services.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients and their families. You will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where your skills and experience will be valued and respected.
Requirements- You must be a registered nurse with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
