About the Role

Join Macquarie's Financial Management Group, a high-performing team that drives real change for our businesses. As a key member, you will be exposed to the inner workings of an internationally active financial conglomerate and have exposure to Macquarie's senior management in a non-hierarchical, merit-based environment.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop expertise in capital management and partner with various Macquarie businesses to forecast their requirements across multiple capital frameworks.
  • Involve yourself in and lead capital projects and deliverables that inform the Group's capital position and execution of capital actions to senior management.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and practices that shape the outcome of Macquarie's business activities.
