Store Manager Role Overview:

The Store Manager is the key operational leader responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and mentoring a high-performing team.

As the primary store representative, you will lead daily operations to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

  • Leading store operations and developing a motivated team of sales advisors and managers to achieve business objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through effective communication, active listening, and empathy to deliver premium service experiences.
  • Developing and executing visual merchandising standards that showcase our products in an attractive and compelling way.
  • Managing inventory levels, analysing sales trends, and planning promotions to drive revenue growth and improve stock efficiency.
  • Liaising with shopping centre management and external partners to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Representing the brand at floor level, engaging customers, and energising the team through coaching and mentorship.
Requirements and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail professional who has:

  • A proven track record of leading successful retail teams, preferably within the beauty/fashion industry.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees to reach their full potential.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills to drive business results.
  • Confident decision-making, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills to effectively manage challenging situations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and external partners.
