Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Welcome, engage, and provide professional recommendations on hair care
  • Work with and support the team to ensure the best presented store
  • Become a master in merchandising including campaign set ups
  • Support the salon team by welcoming their clients into the Salon, and stepping onto the floor where needed
  • Invite store customers to experience the salon experience
  • Embrace and champion Hairhouse training and processes
