Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed hair health consultations using your professional knowledge
  • Recommend personalized product solutions from our extensive professional range
  • Share expert advice on maintaining healthy hair between salon visits
  • Help clients understand professional products and their benefits
  • Ensure the store presents an inviting, premium retail environment
  • Support salon team members as required
Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Hairdressing (essential)
  • Hairdressing expertise applied to a retail setting
  • Passion for hair care products and retail solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help clients
  • Enthusiastic about learning about new products and hair care innovations
