We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Empower Healthcare, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload of clients in the community, providing occupational therapy services and developing individualized plans to meet their needs;
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and outcomes;
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective interventions;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure ongoing support and engagement;
  • Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry trends;

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

">
  • A relevant degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field;
  • At least 4 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a community setting;
  • Registration with AHPRA and a valid police clearance;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues;
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands;
