Job Description:

This part-time position is available at a leading private hospital in Shepparton, seeking an exceptional candidate to lead the Neurostimulation Service as a Clinical Coordinator.

The successful individual will provide strategic direction and leadership to the service, ensuring safe, effective, and therapeutic models of care for patients. To excel in this role, you will demonstrate strong project management, time management, and organizational skills, with a commitment to teamwork and delivering high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have relevant registration with AHPRA and experience working in mental health settings with nursing, ECT, and TMS clients. They will also possess an understanding of scope of practice aligned with relevant registration and be able to assess, evaluate, and adapt to patient care needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Neurostimulation Service
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, utilizing expertise in nursing, ECT, and TMS
  • Assess, evaluate, and react to changing care delivery needs of patients
  • Plan and coordinate patient care services
Requirements:
  • Relevant registration with AHPRA
  • Experience working in mental health settings with nursing, ECT, and TMS clients
  • Understanding of scope of practice aligned with relevant registration
  • Ability to assess, evaluate, and adapt to patient care needs
