Job Title: Customer Service Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to take on the role of CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER. This position will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Informing customers of new product ranges and services where applicable.
  • Understanding customer sales history and proactively identifying requirements.

  • Taking ownership of continuing and cultivating all customer interactions.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a high-volume call centre, data entry or administration environment.
  • A forward-thinking approach with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work unsupervised in a small team.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
