Customer Service Professional

  • You have extensive experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively understand and address customer needs.
  • You have an eagerness to learn and adapt to new situations, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
About the Role

The Customer Service Professional will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support. This includes identifying and resolving customer issues, providing product and service information, and promoting cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

This is a permanent full-time position working 76 hours per fortnight, located in one of our Geelong Branches. We offer a supportive team environment, comprehensive training program, and opportunities for career advancement.
