Senior HR Business Partner Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our organization in the role of Senior HR Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced individual to partner with business leaders across Manufacturing, Operations and Commercial to drive strategic HR outcomes.

This is a critical position that requires a unique blend of HR expertise, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the HR operational plan for designated client groups, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent, organisational design, workforce planning, and change management.

About the Role
  • Deliver the HR operational plan for designated client groups.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent, organisational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Lead and support organisational design projects across different levels of the organisation.
  • Deploy global change management initiatives and drive local adoption.
  • Guide leaders in implementing engagement and development action plans.
  • Manage annual HR cycle processes (performance, promotions, compensation, and talent reviews).
  • Use HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommend innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • 7+ years' HR management experience in global organisations (HRBP, OD, or HR Consultant roles).
  • Expertise in organisational design, change management, and talent development.
  • Degree qualified in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and solution-focused with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
  • English language fluency; additional APAC languages desirable.
  • Own transport required with flexibility to work across multiple sites.
