Empowering Women in Mental Health Recovery
We are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for women with mental health challenges.
- Key Responsibilities: Assist participants with daily routines, mental health strategies, appointments, housing stability, and community access.
- Safe Environment: Create environments that prioritize emotional safety, cultural respect, and dignity for all participants.
- Collaboration: Work closely with case workers, recovery coaches, and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Data Recording: Accurately document notes, incidents, and wellness updates to support participant progress.
Required Qualifications:
- Certificate III or Higher: Hold a Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Mental Health, or Community Services.
- Current First Aid & CPR: Be certified in Current First Aid & CPR.
- NDIS Worker Screening + Blue Card: Have NDIS Worker Screening + Blue Card.
- Driver's Licence and Reliable Transport: Possess a driver's licence and reliable transport.
- Flexibility: Be available across varying shifts (daytime, evenings, weekends, sleepovers).
