About the RoleWe are seeking a Stocktake Team Leader to join our team in VIC. As a Stocktake Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the stocktake process and team to ensure the stocktake is executed efficiently and effectively. Your role will also include supporting the store manager to audit the stocktake, administrative duties, and revision of stocktake reports. You will be accountable for the accuracy of the count, ensuring the stocktake is completed with integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the stocktake process and team to ensure efficient and effective execution
- Support the store manager to audit the stocktake and ensure accuracy
- Perform administrative duties related to stocktake reports and reconciliation
- Build quality relationships with key stakeholders, including store managers and team members
- Solid understanding of the retail environment and stocktake experience (desirable but not essential)
- Previous experience managing and influencing a team to deliver excellent results
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, motivated approach
- Ability to travel (max 1-2 hours' drive) and possess a driver's license and own transport
