Warehouse Professional

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled warehouse professional to join our team.

As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for:

  • Order picking and ensuring accurate storage and retrieval of parts
  • Operating material handling equipment (MHE) such as order pickers and forklifts safely and efficiently
  • Assisting with loading and unloading trucks or other transportation vehicles
  • Labelling and storing parts accurately
  • Completing and verifying paperwork to ensure accurate tracking of parts in the warehouse and to our customers
  • Packing & wrapping parts for distribution
  • General warehouse duties as required
Requirements
  • Previous warehousing experience in a fast-paced environment - essential
  • Licenses for operating forklifts and order pickers - essential
  • Mechanical aptitude is desirable
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail - with quality control inspection of all parts carried out before leaving the warehouse
  • Effective communication skills
  • Understanding of safe working practices - occupational health and safety
  • Knowledge of automotive principles would be advantageous for this role
