Warehouse Logistics Assistant

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Responsibilities

* Order picking and processing* Operation of MHE (Order Picker and Forklift)* Assisting with loading and unloading trucks or other transportation vehicles* Labelling and storing parts accurately* Completing and verifying paperwork to ensure accurate tracking of parts in the warehouse and to our customers* Packing & wrapping parts for distribution* General warehouse duties as required

Requirements

* Previous warehousing experience in a fast-paced environment* LF Licences (Forklift) - essential* LO Licence (Order Picker) - desirable* Mechanical experience is desirable* Intermediate computer skills* Ability to work alone and as part of a team* Eye for detail - with quality control inspection of all parts carried out before leaving warehouse* Ability to communicate effectively* Understanding safe work practices - OH&S* Automotive knowledge would be advantageous for this role
