Director of Product

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead the development of our products and ensure they meet the evolving needs of our customers.

  • Cultivate a deep understanding of hospitality insights and technologies, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop strategic product plans that align with company objectives, working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead the creation of product requirements, defining user experience and guiding the implementation of new features and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision and Roadmap: Develop a clear product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and launch new products and features.
  • Customer Success: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring our products meet their expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
