Project Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to support a large-scale project focused on cybersecurity within a prestigious federal department.

This role involves providing administrative assistance for various projects with diverse stakeholders and supporting the project team in achieving its objectives.

  • Assist with program planning, including the drafting of program artefacts.
  • Coordinate program reporting and prepare program management dashboards.
  • Investigate issues of medium complexity and produce related briefs.
  • Prepare governance packs for program and project boards.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Baseline clearance minimum.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in supporting programs or projects related to risk, change, quality, finance, and configuration management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, MSP, Prince2, Prince2Agile, and/or SAFE.
