As a Board Director, you'll be at the heart of a dynamic, values-led not-for-profit with a national profile and local impact.

You'll help shape strategy, provide governance, and ensure Brown's Mart continues to be a home for boundary-pushing performance and inclusive community engagement.

Your insight will help nurture and steward both the legacy and the future of Territory arts.

About the Role:
  • Chair the Finance Committee
  • Provide leadership in business operations, including strategy, touring, festivals, venue management, and earned income generation
Key Qualifications:
  • Commitment to supporting and developing the Territory's creative and cultural life
  • Experience in the not-for-profit sector, specifically the arts
  • Willingness to serve on board committees (finance, governance & nominations, and fundraising)
  • Value diversity and are keen to work collaboratively with other sector leaders
