We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to drive the development and implementation of our Reconciliation Action Plan and initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging change agent capacity, collaborating with Executive General Managers and Senior Leaders, and advising on policies and practices to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage change agent capacity to drive the development and implementation of our Reconciliation Action Plan and initiatives.
- Collaborate with Executive General Managers and Senior Leaders to advise on policies and practices, as well as challenges related to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex organisational dynamics. The successful candidate must be able to build effective relationships with various stakeholders across the organisation.
Working EnvironmentThe Manager Reconciliation works within the Safety, People and Governance business unit, operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role requires adaptability, resilience, and a commitment to delivering results in a high-pressure context.
