Job Overview:

We're on the hunt for experienced Maintenance Technicians, Product Specialists, Maintenance Engineers, and Industrial Service Professionals to fill key customer-facing field roles. With a growing presence in Australia's manufacturing sector, we're committed to providing exceptional service and support to our clients.

This hands-on position requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering results. You'll be responsible for installations, preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and customer training, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain industrial coding and marking systems, including CIJ, TIJ, TTO, Laser, LPA, and LCM.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues across mechanical, electrical, software, packaging systems, and consumables, guaranteeing reliable operation and minimal downtime.
  • Perform high-quality preventative maintenance to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
  • Deliver expert operator and maintenance training onsite, equipping customers with comprehensive knowledge of system operation and basic repair.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on product demonstrations and solution delivery.
  • Manage parts usage and maintain accurate service records.
  • Identify and capitalize on service opportunities while contributing to KPI achievement and overall business growth.
  • Foster strong customer relationships by delivering responsive, reliable, and high-quality service.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in field service, automation, or industrial maintenance.
  • Relevant trade or tertiary qualification in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
