Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and innovative Digital Designer to join our dynamic marketing team for a fixed term position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, with proficiency in a wide range of design platforms, including Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint for our tender processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Create visually appealing designs for digital marketing campaigns, including social media reels, email templates, web banners, and other online marketing materials. Print focused design includes the creation and updating of restaurant menus, long form documents, and small and large signage projects
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital content aligns with Trippas White Group's brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive look and feel across all platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals, target audiences, and deliverables. Collaborate with other designers, content creators, and marketing strategists to produce high-quality work.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools, continuously improving design techniques and exploring new creative solutions.
  • Support: Assist with presentations and pitches by creating visually engaging PowerPoint presentations and other supporting materials.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Experience in digital design, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word).
  • Portfolio: Portfolio showcasing a variety of digital design work.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback and work collaboratively.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
  • Team player: We strive for excellence and get things done.
