Overview

Havas Media AG is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our content and creative department.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for driving high standards of graphic design and asset creation for a wide range of digital, social, and campaign-specific applications.

You will work closely with the content and creative team to develop innovative ideas and support the "selling" of these ideas to clients.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough grounding in graphic design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce assets focusing on attention to detail, user experience, and best practice graphic design.
  • Maintain and continue to develop highly visual, written, and verbal presentation standards.
  • Participate in brainstorming and development of innovative ideas and support the "selling" of these ideas to clients.
  • Advocate for good creative ideas, both internally and with clients.
  • Approach projects as creative opportunities and go the extra mile to exceed expectations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years graphic design experience in an agency environment.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro).
  • A thorough grounding in graphic design.
  • Ability to do moderate retouching and grading of imagery.
  • Understanding of creative development processes, information architecture, and design systems.
  • Experience working with brand guidelines.
  • Good understanding of technology, software, and a passion for developing new skills.
