- Analysis and Modelling
- Analyze data to inform/validate opportunities and requirements.
- Model business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Testing and Quality Assurance
- Support/perform functional testing, investigating, and feeding back issues to developers.
- Ensure testing is appropriately documented, with evidence recorded, and working in close consultation with the Test Lead and Project Manager to ensure adequate test coverage and strong traceability.
- Leadership and Collaboration
- Be a natural leader in your field, guiding, coaching, and developing team members on complex issues with practical workable approaches/solutions leading to long-term skill growth.
- Build productive and professional relationships with key stakeholders, other cross-functional team members, and Senior Leadership roles.
- Risk and Issue Management
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks & issues.
- 5+ years of Technical Business Analyst experience covering both Business Requirements and Technical Requirements.
- Well-practiced and experienced in project management fundamentals and how the Analyst role contributes to them.
- Experience creating reports, charts, and graphs appropriate for presentation to executive management.
- Experienced with Microsoft suite of tools and competent user of Service Now, Jira, and SharePoint.
- Understanding, experience, and qualification in Agile delivery practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure, with ambiguity, and be self-driven.
- Experience writing procedures and documenting processes.
- Excellent analytical skills, presentation skills, and oral and written communication skills.
- Strong testing exposure would be highly advantageous.
