As a Speech Pathologist at Northcott, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Our Clinical Development Program

Our 12-week graduate program is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your role as a Speech Pathologist. You will have access to regular clinical supervision, graduate coaching, and a range of opportunities for professional development.

Working with Our Team

You will be part of a large and collaborative multi-disciplinary team, working with experienced therapists and other health professionals to provide high-quality therapy services to children and adults with physical, neurodiverse, and developmental disabilities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology, registration with the Speech Pathology Australia, and experience working with children, young people, and adults with disability. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
