Operational Supervisor

About This Role:

This is a supervisory position that oversees daily site operations and ensures all service delivery expectations are met while maintaining excellent customer service with stakeholders. The role involves regular feedback to the manager on employee performance, coaching team leaders on progress against staff objectives, and managing daily site operational activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in banking operations, thorough knowledge of banking operations, and strong written and verbal communication skills. They will also be able to create rapport and strong ongoing relationships with customers, demonstrate high attention to detail, and possess analytical and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing workflow to meet production requirements, streamlining work processes to improve efficiency and cost management, and monitoring accuracy and meeting of KPIs, quality targets, and timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide regular feedback to Manager - National Operations/Supervisor on employee performance
  • Coach team leaders on progress against staff objectives
  • Assist with development of employees
  • Manage daily site operational activities
  • Ensure all service delivery expectations are met while maintaining excellent customer service with stakeholders
  • Review workflow to meet production requirements
  • Streamline work processes to improve efficiency and cost management
  • Monitor accuracy and meeting of KPIs, quality targets, and timeframes
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking operations, MS Office skills, and excellent customer service orientation. They must be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and have a proven track record of leading a team. Experience with data management skills and some travel may be required within the country.
