As a Data Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external teams to design and maintain a suite of robust regression tests, build and implement business rule logic in our configurable rule-based platform, and develop clear, impactful data visualisations and reporting for stakeholders across the business.
This is a varied role where you will become a subject matter expert in the full lifecycle of claims, working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and eliminate double handling.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SQL and experience working with relational databases, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
You will bring experience in Private Health Insurance or a related field, be comfortable working with tools like Excel, Tableau, and Snowflake, and be organised, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies and concepts.
