Quality Assurance Manager

Anton Murray Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our project deliverables and outputs.
Key Responsibilities:- Methodology Development: Maintain and refine the methodology for documentation of all project deliverables and outputs.
- Quality Improvement: Implement ongoing quality improvement processes working with the delivery team.
- Quality Metrics: Develop and manage quality assurance metrics for performance improvement of all teams.
- Project Assurance: Manage the planning and execution of project assurance activities.
- Assurance Coordination: Coordinate assurance activities internal and external to the Melbourne Branch.
- Documentation Review: Review documentation and closure packs before they are sent out to external stakeholders.
- Team Upskilling: Identify relevant quality-related areas of improvement and upskill the team accordingly.
- Quality Achievement: Promote quality achievement and performance improvement.
- Project Infrastructure: Maintain the project infrastructure to support the overall project in daily operations.
- Experience: Proven experience working as a Quality Assurance Manager.
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Business, Law, Finance, Risk, or related field.
- Skills: Experience in Assurance testing within first, second, or third line, and process improvement.
Additional Ideal Skills: Data Analytics (i.e., Tableau, PowerBI), and exposure to first line/second line/operational roles in Asset Servicing/Fund Administration/Capital Markets/Cash Payments operations.
