About the Role

This is a fantastic chance to lead a team of experienced engineers and contribute to the success of our business. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in civil engineering or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the civil engineering sector
  • A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
