Job Title:

A Civil Project Leader is required to oversee the delivery of diverse construction projects across various industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tender processes
  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules
  • Lead site teams and ensure quality assurance, cost management and timely completion
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues and manage expectations
  • Co-ordinate internal and external resources to achieve project goals
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years' experience as a manager on civil construction projects with a project value of $5m+
  • Project management qualifications are advantageous
  • Demonstrated understanding of construction principles and practices
  • Effective leadership and problem-solving skills
  • High level of organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
