Job Description

Pick raw materials to prepare batches of powder cleaning products (batch sizes ranging from 100 to 3000 kg).

Mix raw materials following standard procedures, including production run sheets and recipes.

Perform batch checks using lab equipment (e.g., pH, color, and viscosity tests).

Make batch adjustments to meet product specifications.

Complete batch documentation accurately.

Fill, label, pack, and palletize finished products.

Conduct basic equipment calibration.

Handle materials manually in a safe manner.

Perform post-production cleaning.

Maintain a tidy, clean, and safe production environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Be physically fit with the ability to lift up to 25kg regularly and work on a platform.
  • Have worked in a manufacturing environment before.
