Job Title: MineStar Site Manager

This is a highly sought-after role that requires an individual with exceptional leadership skills and experience in the field of mining technology.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mining engineering or a related field, as well as extensive knowledge of CAT MineStar Technology.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team of skilled site-based employees to ensure efficient operations and high-quality results.
  • Maintaining key site performance metrics, including production metrics, operating costs, and safety records.
  • Partnering with the MineStar for Underground Product Support team to resolve product defects and improve troubleshooting processes.
  • Developing new products and services to meet customer needs, while ensuring dealer servicing and support practices align with business objectives.
  • Advising on strategic direction for equipment selection, product problem management, and equipment management activities.
Qualifications:
  • University degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with CAT MineStar Technology is highly advantageous.
  • Relevant experience in technology or mining fields is essential.
  • Candidate must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as strong relationship management abilities.
Location and Visa Requirements:

This role is based in Indonesia and requires a KTAS Visa for employment. The successful candidate must be able to adapt to a fly-in-fly-out roster, working 2 weeks on-site and 1 week off, followed by 3 weeks remote from Caterpillar Australia offices.

A valid visa for Indonesia is required, and candidates should be aware of the requirements for obtaining this visa.
