Job Overview

This is a Fly in Fly out role for a customer in Indonesia. The successful candidate must be able to meet the requirements for a KTAS Visa for Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of highly skilled site-based employees.
  • Maintaining key site performance metrics including MineStar technology availability, production metrics, operating cost per tonne, MineStar fleet productivity and safety.
  • Partnering with the MineStar for Underground Product Support team to report any suspected product defects, collect MineStar troubleshooting data, and define interim corrective actions.
  • Developing strategies to address customer needs as well as ensuring dealer servicing and support practices align with recovery strategy.
  • Advising on strategic direction for proper equipment selection, product problem management, and equipment management activities.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
  • Relevant experience in technology or mining fields.
  • Customer Focus skills: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
  • Consulting skills: Knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients.
  • Effective Communication skills: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques.
  • Problem Solving skills: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems.
  • Relationship Management skills: Knowledge of relationship management techniques.
