We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Maintenance Lead to join our team. This is a site-based role responsible for the maintenance and repair of heavy mobile equipment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in heavy earthmoving equipment maintenance and experience in coal mining or heavy industry environments. They will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, identifying and resolving mechanical issues, and ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.

  • Maintenance and repair of heavy mobile equipment">
  • Identification and resolution of mechanical issues">
  • Ensuring safe and efficient work practices">
  • Raising and managing work orders, parts, and records">
  • Coordination with production and maintenance teams">
  • Maintaining safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards">
">Requirements:">
  • ">
  • Relevant mechanical trade qualification">
  • Current driver's licence">
  • Previous experience as a Leading Hand or in a similar leadership role">
  • Strong background in heavy earthmoving equipment maintenance">
  • Experience in coal mining or heavy industry environments">
  • Familiarity with CMMS (preferably PULSE) and Microsoft Office">
