About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead key programs and ensure optimal performance.

This pivotal role offers the opportunity to drive success while working alongside senior leaders to foster team growth and build strong relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing personnel in accordance with our policies, ensuring only qualified personnel are assigned to carry out tasks.
  • Ensuring ongoing performance management of teams and addressing issues promptly.
  • Providing guidance to ensure safe and timely delivery of work.
  • Consulting and supporting counterparts to ensure resource availability enables program delivery.
  • Ensuring data capture and reporting from the field.
  • Managing and motivating direct and indirect reports to ensure all work is delivered on scope, time frame, budget, and quality.
  • Ensuring resource capability and skill sets can service forecasted work efficiently and safely.
  • Managing internal resources, subcontractors, and suppliers utilizing our processes and procedures.
  • Ensuring efficient program delivery meets or exceeds requirements.

About you:

  • Proven ability to drive a safety culture and implement improved processes.
  • Understanding of electrical distribution networks and relevant requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to develop client relationships.
  • Effective cost centre management within guidelines.
  • Demonstrated competency in resource utilization and matching workforce capability to project demands.
  • Experience in planning or strategy.
  • Proven experience managing field teams.
