The Role

This leadership position oversees national operations performance, growth and strategic contribution at a national level.

We seek an exceptional leader with a track record of success in mining who combines hands-on technical discipline with strong commercial vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams to deliver production, service and safety outcomes.
  • Oversee branch budgets, reporting and strategic planning.
  • Ensure occupational health and safety compliance and embed a strong safety-first culture.
  • Build client and supplier relationships through site visits.
  • Drive operational excellence through problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Extensive management experience in underground mining or industrial operations.
  • Mechanical or engineering trade background with strong technical problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, build culture and deliver results.
  • Strong commercial acumen with financial and operational reporting experience.
