Job Title: Senior Application Specialist

We are seeking a well-rounded individual to join our team as a Senior Application Specialist.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing in-depth analysis on workflows to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Developing and implementing effective solutions for system testing, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Providing clear documentation and communication results to users and vendors.
  • Proactively monitoring systems and providing timely fixes to minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshooting problems with audio/video hardware, storage, and network infrastructure.

You will contribute to the strategic direction of the team, planning and supporting other staff within the Application Support team, and actively engaging with internal stakeholders and external technical support teams.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced technical skills, including knowledge of Network (TCP/IP), Database (SQL), and Storage technologies.
  • Excellent documentation skills and communication expertise.
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
