As a Liturgy Coordinator, you will be responsible for fostering spiritual growth and shaping young minds within a Catholic institution.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications in Education (preferably Religious Education) and hold a strong knowledge of Catholic liturgy and a commitment to faith formation.

  • Plan and conduct College Liturgies and prayer services such as Opening Mass, Foundation Day Mass, Year Masses, and the Year 12 Graduation Mass.
  • Organise prayer for assemblies, staff briefings, and College events.
  • Train and support staff and student liturgical roles, including altar servers, Ministers of the Word, and Ministers of the Eucharist.
  • Manage the College Chapel and sacred spaces, including seasonal decorations.
  • Promote links with local parishes and clergy.
  • Liaise with the Music and Dance Departments for celebrations.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Ministry, Principal and Leadership Team on faith formation for staff.

A high level of organisational and time management skills are also required for this role.
