We are seeking a suitably qualified and passionate professional to support the Principal in the recruitment of both teaching and non-teaching staff, and in relation to compliance, employee relations, and all aspects of staffing.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.

  • Staff Recruitment: Identify and appoint suitable candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Human Resource Management and Administration: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of staff compliance, including training and development programs.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive working relationships between staff members and manage conflicts or grievances effectively.
  • Staff Training: Deliver comprehensive training programs on Health and Safety, Equal Opportunity, and Privacy Policies to ensure staff awareness and adherence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in Human Resources management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
