Care Grounds Specialist

A skilled Grounds & Maintenance Officer is sought to join the team in a permanent part-time capacity, working 12 hours per fortnight.
Job Description:Maintenance and care of lawns, sporting ovals, and gardens are essential responsibilities for this role.
- Maintain lawns, sporting ovals, and gardens to ensure they appear tidy and well-manicured at all times.
- Prepare sporting ovals for events and carnivals as required.
- Manage and safely distribute organic and chemical pesticide sprays and fertilizers.
- Operate and maintain machinery safely and efficiently.
- Liaise with contractors to ensure contractual expectations are met.
- Assist with maintenance tasks as directed by the Principal.
- Ensure cleanliness and good order of grounds and storage areas.
- Undertake external building and structure cleaning as required.
- Enjoy flexibility in working hours.
