Job Title: Dental Care Support Specialist

We are a professional dental practice seeking an experienced and dedicated team member to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to our dynamic working environment.

  • Dental chair-side assistance is crucial in ensuring the comfort and safety of patients. You will be responsible for preparing the treatment area, handing instruments to the dentist, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • The sterilization of dental instruments is a critical aspect of infection control. You will need to follow established protocols for cleaning and disinfecting equipment to prevent cross-contamination.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also perform general reception and office duties, including greeting patients, managing appointments, and handling phone calls. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you must possess certain skills and qualifications. You should be a well-presented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must also be fully vaccinated and able to wear a mask indoors, as well as adhere to sanitizing protocols.
