About the Role
As a Dental Assistant / Receptionist you'll play a key role in clinical treatment. You'll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.
Skills & Experience
You have:
- Certificate lll or IV in dental assisting (required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
- 2 years experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - (required)
- Immediate start available

- Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
- Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills
- A caring and friendly personality with a strong patient focus
- Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
