Job Opportunity: Executive Legal Support SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Legal Support Specialist to provide high-level support to our legal team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in executive legal support or paralegal roles, with strong communication and organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the legal team, ensuring timely and professional services.
  • Format complex legal documents using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Prepare routine correspondence, briefs, and legal documentation with accuracy.
  • Monitor and manage workloads, including diary management, meetings, agendas, minutes, billing, and reporting.
  • Maintain and update information systems, including Excel and other software.
  • Implement new procedures or practices within the team.
  • Prepare and review reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Organize travel and accommodation arrangements for legal staff.
  • Maintain filing systems, document retrieval processes, and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring client service standards are met.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in executive legal support or paralegal roles.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software relevant to the role.
