Senior Behaviour Support Team Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team as a Team Manager. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for leading a team of Behaviour Support Practitioners in providing evidence-based psychological services to clients in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, modelling a small caseload of clients and providing evidence-based psychological services in the community.
- Meet with individual team members weekly to support them in achieving their full potential for themselves and their clients.
- Facilitate team meetings, analyse performance and compliance reports, and develop action plans to improve team performance.
- Create and promote Humanity Health Group's organisational values, culture, and HumanityLIFE.
About You:
- You are a registered Behaviour Support Practitioner with leadership qualities and a passion for empowering and motivating clients and health professionals to be their best.
- You are registered as a Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner.
- You have a current unrestricted driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
