Support Our Community as a Home Care Professional

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Home Care Professionals, providing support to our valued customers in their homes.

As a Home Care Professional, you will deliver high-quality care and services that enable our customers to live independently and safely in their own homes. Your role will involve:

  • Personal Care: Assisting with personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, meal preparation, and medication prompting
  • Help at Home: Providing support with cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and assisted dressing
  • Transportation: Transporting customers to appointments, shopping, and social outings
  • Client Awareness: Engaging in social interaction, observing customer needs, and providing ongoing training and support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in delivering Personal Care and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support
  • A current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle
  • Fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (minimum 2 doses)
  • The flexibility to work rosters between 7am and 7pm from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays available
Location

This role is based in the South West Rocks NSW area and surrounding suburbs, including Arakoon, Gladstone, Smithtown, Frederickton, Belmore River, Verges Creek, Hat Head, Stuarts Point, and Fishermans Reach.
