About the Role

As a Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing personal care assistance with daily living, assisting with the delivery and administration of medication, mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans, and maintaining accurate health care documentation as required.

You will also be expected to encourage all residents to participate in scheduled social activities, build relationships with our residents and their families, and adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines and policies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of a Cert III in an Aged Care or equivalent. Previous aged care experience is highly regarded but not essential.

You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes, and flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week.

Estimated Salary: AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
