We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Consultant to join our dynamic team in Sydney, Melbourne, or Adelaide. As a key member of our Advisory Practice, you will work closely with clients to manage a variety of projects, applying your asset management skills to drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead projects and deliver high-quality work in direct communication with clients.
- Apply asset management capabilities across a range of sectors to help clients solve diverse asset problems.
- Develop consultancy skills from opportunity identification to delivery, including bid preparation and project execution.
- Collaborate with industry-leading technical specialists in civil/transport infrastructure and related sectors.
- Participate in national travel for short durations (2-5 days) as required.
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- Demonstrated asset management experience in sectors such as Government, Defence, Industrial, Water, or Energy.
- Knowledge of Asset Management Systems and Frameworks, with a desire to progress professionally in this field.
- An in-depth understanding of Asset Management and/or reliability engineering principles and their application.
- A passion for building new client stakeholder relationships and enhancing existing ones.
- An appropriate tertiary qualification aligned to asset management or related disciplines.
- Experience in Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
- Experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Maintenance or facilities management experience (planning and/or execution).
- Development and implementation of engineering/asset management systems and processes.
- Asset/Equipment change management and risk assessment.
- Previous consultancy experience.
- Experience in participating or leading assurance activities.
