Customer Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
The role involves managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling, customer inquiries, and collaborating with our talented team of groomers and daycare attendants. You will also be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care for all pups under our supervision.
Key qualifications include:
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Very strong customer service skills, able to build lasting relationships with clients
- Experience managing day-to-day operations in a retail or service industry setting
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
