Customer Value Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Value Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing personalized recommendations to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized recommendations of health and wellbeing products to customers, highlighting the value and benefits of these products.
- Develop business and community-based relationships to promote the Bupa brand and products, and drive customer growth.
- Take a customer-first approach to ensure that customers understand the full value of their health insurance product and receive solutions to any identified concerns or needs.
- Educate customers on all the benefits they can access and assist with day-to-day transactions.
