We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Room Attendant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are clean and well-maintained. This includes making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and restocking amenities. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
Key Skills and Qualifications:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25kg)
- Good time management and organizational skills
